Whistleblower policy

If you find out that an employee of Govers Accountants/Adviseurs has commited a severe offense, we request you to anonymously inform us about this offense. The following is the procedure we use for whistleblowing:

The whistleblower policy is used in the following situations:

  • actions by Govers Accountants/Adviseurs or any of it's employees that will lead to criminal prosecutions;
  • all other (assumed) violations of external law and regulation by Govers Accountants/Adviseurs or any of it's employees;
  • all (assumed) violations of internal regulation by Govers Accountants/Adviseurs or any of it's employees;
  • intimidation of employees by colleagues, supervisors or external persons;
  • unjustified deletion or manipulationof information;
  • and any other actions that in the eyes of the whistleblower are unjustified.

In case of any of the above situations a complaint can also be filed. The difference however is that the whistleblower policy gaurantees the anonymity of the whistleblower.
